That Will Guy ("we", "us", "our") is a sole trader estate planning business run by Luke Richecoeur, providing wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Trusts to clients across England and Wales. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Provide will writing, LPA, and trust services you've requested

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you book a consultation), to take steps prior to entering into a contract with you, to perform a contract once instructed, and our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.

• WillSuite — the secure platform used to draft your documents
• Meta/Facebook — for advertising measurement, where you've interacted with our adverts
• Referral partners, where you've come to us via an introducer and consented to that referral
